Bengaluru-based IT services midcap company Sonata Software announced the 100% acquisition of Quant Systems Inc., a Texas-based IT solutions and software company, for $65 million.

This acquisition is in line with Sonata’s strategy to accelerate the growth curve and build scale, said the company. This is Sonata Software's largest acquisition to date and is expected to have a significant contribution to its revenue going forward.
